“We are in the process of money making, we have planted the seeds and won’t see that money until our properties are refinanced. However, we have definitely increased our net worth. Our mindset has changed and therefore our lives have changed. Our greatest accomplishments have been purchasing our 16 plex and 6 plex. We are currently looing at 12-24 unit multi’s which we will secure before the end of 2021. We had to make this full time to be able to have these deals secured. Our net worth has increased by the millions and only going up. Before we did not understand the importance of networking and coming out of your comfort zone. Once we set our minds to doing it, our lives pivoted, It took a major turn by one minor decision. We have gained so much confidence, and allowed us to come out of our shell. Prior to joining Keyspire Leo & Jacqueline owned a dump truck company, one tenanted condo and one single family residence. Now Leo & Jacqueline were able to rent their current home, and purchase a 16 unit mixed commercial property, another 6 plex using HELOC. Leo was able to transition from driving in the dump truck business being full time in real estate.
